Each kind of request is routed to whoever can act on it — a listing's Report link, the account pages, or the Privacy Policy. There is no shared inbox behind this page.
Where each kind of request goes
This page routes a request to whoever can act on it. It does not collect messages itself, and nothing sent through it goes to a general inbox.
| What you need | Where it goes |
|---|---|
| Something is wrong with a specific entry — a false claim, someone underage, a scam, a photograph used without permission | The Report link on that entry |
| Placing an entry, or getting into your account | Create an account or Sign in |
| Access, correction or deletion of your own data | Privacy Policy |
| Anything else, including a mistake on a page that is not an entry | No route exists for this yet |
What a report actually does
A report reaches a person and is checked before anything changes. Sending one does not guarantee a particular outcome, a removal, or a reply within a fixed time, and nothing here can be promised on behalf of an advertiser, who is a third party. What the register is able to change at all is set out in About Us.
If someone is in immediate danger
This page is not an emergency service, and nothing on it is monitored around the clock. In Hong Kong, emergency services answer on 999. Where the concern is trafficking or exploitation rather than an emergency in progress, the Hong Kong Police Force page on trafficking in persons describes the official route and the support available.
